Cow milk product of water reduction and incorporation of sugar, having thick and sweet consistency. It is mostly used in making desserts such as quesillos, lemon pie, marquis… It is of English origin, was used by the problematic that whole milk does not keep well at room temperature, it is rich in iodine and calcium for which is ideally consume in small amounts. It comes presented mostly canned in amounts of 400 g and is easily accessible in supermarkets and supplies.
