Recipe preferred by many and very easy to prepare, it is ideal for any gathering or unannounced visits. This is consistent but soft and easy to spread, with the main ingredient being tuna, a mayonnaise made with unflavored gelatin and giving you the desired moldable consistency for better presentation as a pate. No doubt it is a practical and delicious dish that can be served as an appetizer.

2 cans of Tuna in Vegetable Oil 180 gr | |
250 gr Cream Cheese | |
4 tablespoons Mayonnaise | |
1 stalk of Cilantro cut into julienne | |
½ Onion cut into brunoise | |
1 cup Water | |
1 pack of Unflavored Gelatin | |

Preparation

Place the drained tuna, cream cheese, mayonnaise, cilantro and onion in a blender and process.

While it is processing add the dissolved gelatin over water to taste and continue processing to incorporate all ingredients.

In a greased pan, pour the mixture covered with a plastic sheet and refrigerate for 1 hour or until it is firm in consistency.

Turn out into a shallow dish and sprinkle with a little parsley.

Serve with crackers or bread slices.
