This recipe helps give consistency to some dishes and enhance its flavor.

Ingredients

garlic 1 unpeeled head of Garlic
olive-oil 4 teaspoons Olive Oil
thyme 2 sprigs of Thyme
black-pepper Pepper
salt Salt

Preparation

  1. Place the head of garlic directly on the stove over low heat.

  2. Turn it quickly to avoid the skin from burning completely.

  3. Remove from heat and place in the center of the foil square and sprinkle with a teaspoon olive oil.

  4. Place the thyme with the head of garlic, wrap and bake at 180 °C until the garlic cloves are completely soft.

  5. Remove from oven, peel and process the garlic cloves in a blender with olive oil, salt and pepper.
