The pork loin also has a myriad of recipes for consumption, baked recipes being the most common. The pork tenderloin with mustard becomes a fairly healthy and low fat dish, through the fibric contribution of the mustard, besides having a great bittersweet taste.

1 kg. of Pork Loin (1 piece low fat) | |
2 tablespoons Mustard | |
½ cup Beer | |
1 cup Milk Cream | |
½ cup Oil | |
30 grams Butter | |
1 tablespoon Sugar | |
50 grams of Wheat Flour | |
Black Pepper | |

Preparation

In a bowl mix the flour, salt and pepper to taste and spread the piece of pork in the mixture.

Place the pork on a tray and bathe in oil.

Bake in oven and cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Celsius.

After 20 minutes turn the piece of pork and lower the temperature to 250 degrees and cook for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven when cooked and let stand.

In a bowl, pour the beer and mustard and mix to combine both ingredients.

In a saucepan melt the butter, add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix until blended.

Add the mustard and beer mixture and season.

Pour the cream and brown sugar and paddle until it thickens.

Dip the pork with the sauce and serve.
