6 cups Brown Sugar | |
1 Cinnamon stick | |
5 sweet Spice Cloves | |

Preparation

In a deep pot, place the butter and melt to a medium heat.

Add the ripe plantain.

Add sugar and stir until the plantain is golden.

Add the cinnamon and the cloves and stir for a few minutes.

Pour water until the plantains are covered.

Keep to medium heat until the water evaporates to syrup.
