Ingredients
5 Passion Fruit | |
1 ½ cups Water | |
5 gr. de Sal | |
10 sheets of Unflavored Gelatin | |
1 cup Sugar |

Colander |
Wooden spoon |

Glass mold |
Preparation

In a blender, add the pulp of passion fruit and half a cup of water and process for 5 seconds.

Strain through a sieve of fine wire and get 2 cups of juice.

In a pot the remaining water is added, the previously hydrated gelatin and sugar.

Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring to dissolve gelatin.

Remove from heat and add passion fruit juice, stirring until blended.

Pour into a glass mold and bring to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

To easily unmold before serving, bring the outside of the mold to hot water for a few seconds.
