A creative, super easy way to please children and adults is making them a succulent passion fruit jelly, joining in it, its richness in collagen and, a super flashy color and a unequally flavor, which evokes with our taste memory, the tropic. And all of its kindness.

Ingredients

passion-fruit 5 Passion Fruit
water 1 ½ cups Water
sal 5 gr. de Sal
unflavored-gelatin 10 sheets of Unflavored Gelatin
sugar 1 cup Sugar

Utensils

Blender
Colander
Wooden spoon
Pot
Glass mold

Preparation

  1. In a blender, add the pulp of passion fruit and half a cup of water and process for 5 seconds.

  2. Strain through a sieve of fine wire and get 2 cups of juice.

  3. In a pot the remaining water is added, the previously hydrated gelatin and sugar.

  4. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring to dissolve gelatin.

  5. Remove from heat and add passion fruit juice, stirring until blended.

  6. Pour into a glass mold and bring to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

  7. To easily unmold before serving, bring the outside of the mold to hot water for a few seconds.
