milk 1 cup Milk
egg 1 Egg
wheat-flour 1 cup Wheat flour
sugar 1 tablespoon Sugar
salt 1 pinch of Salt
butter 3 tablespoons melted Butter

Preparation

  1. Whisk the egg until frothy and integrate the cup of milk mixing until well blended.

  2. Add the flour and a pinch of salt.

  3. Integrate the sugar and butter (previously melted).

  4. In a nonstick skillet or griddle, is smeared a little oil and the mixture is added.

  5. Cook over medium heat, flip and cook until both sides are golden brown.
