Ingredients

mango-en 2 kg. peeled Mango pinton
water 3 liters of Water
sugar 3/4 kg. of Sugar

Preparation

  1. In a pot with plenty of water enter the previously peeled mangoes and cook for 2 hours over medium heat or until mango pulp is completely soft. Turn off and let stand.

  2. Remove the mangoes of the water and with the help of a spoon scrape the pulp of mangoes to leave clean seeds.

  3. In a blender process the pulp with water with which was boiled and strain.

  4. Bring to heat and add the sugar, stirring continuously to dissolve it.

  5. Cool and serve.
