Preparation

In a pot with plenty of water enter the previously peeled mangoes and cook for 2 hours over medium heat or until mango pulp is completely soft. Turn off and let stand.

Remove the mangoes of the water and with the help of a spoon scrape the pulp of mangoes to leave clean seeds.

In a blender process the pulp with water with which was boiled and strain.
