1 liter of Red Wine | |
½ cup White Wine | |

Preparation

Wash the ham with water and place in a large pan.

Pour over half of red wine, white wine, pineapple and orange juice.

Add spices and papelon until fully cover.

Bring to a boil for 1 ½ hour, turning until completely seal, remove from heat and let cool.

Spread with a part of the rest of the red wine with a spoon and rub with the sugar until completely cover.

Sprinkle with the remaining red wine and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
