Grilled chicken breast is a dish that can be enjoyed from breakfast to dinner. It is high in protein and low fat percentage as the cooking is without any saturated oils. Usually served with rice, salads, arepas, pasta or vegetables.

Ingredients

chicken 4 Chicken breasts
olive-oil 1 tablespoon Olive oil
garlic 1 Garlic clove
mustard 1 tablespoon Mustard
parsley 2 tablespoon chopped Parsley
oregano 1 teaspoon dried Oregano
black-pepper Ground Black pepper
salt Salt

Utensils

Knife
Cutting board
Medium bowl
Griddle or skillet

Preparation

  1. Fillet the breasts and reserve in a bowl.

  2. Add the oregano, pepper and mustard.

  3. Spread well, cover with plastic wrap and keep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

  4. Heat the griddle or skillet, grease with olive oil and place the breasts, when it reaches a golden brown, flip to cook the other side.

  5. The salt is added when the breasts are almost ready to prevent drying out during cooking.

  6. Remove from heat and serve with any side dish.
