The fruit salad is a mixture of various fruits, finely chopped, seasoned with sugar, honey, and liqueur or fruit juice, typical in some countries where it is taken as dessert.
It is one of the easiest to prepare dishes, but still of the most nutritional, healthy and low calorie for protecting our health. We can do with endless combinations of fruit to discover new flavors, which undoubtedly is one of the pleasures of the kitchen.
It is advisable to know which fruits combine to allow the flavors to merge into the right measure and as a result we obtain a delicacy.
Used to lose weight easily, provide energy when we exercise, it helps lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels and given properties to stop the aging process.

1 Kiwi | |
1 Apple | |
18 Grapes | |
2 Pears | |
1 Watermelon slice | |
1 Cantaloupe slice | |
3 tablespoons Honey |

Bowl (preferably glass) |
Preparation

Wash the fruits.

Cut the apple, banana, watermelon, pears and kiwi into small cubes.

Cut an orange in slices.

Cut grapes in half and withdraw the seeds.

Place all fruits in a bowl.

Squeeze the juice out of the remaining orange and add it to the bowl with the fruits.

Add honey and mix.

Serve preferably cold.
