The arepa is our daily bread and by changing its presentation from grilled to fried, we are only changing its cooking method, although it is understood that increases its caloric value. Fried arepas can be eaten sweet or savory, depending on the taste or the region. Its preparation is easy, affordable and quick, just serve it warm and enjoy its crispiness.
