Preparation

Preheat oven to 260 degrees Celsius.

Peel the garlic and crush it with salt and rosemary in a mortar into a paste.

Place the preparation in a container, pour oil and mix.

Coat the chicken with all the preparation and put in an ovenproof dish.

Sprinkle the chicken with sugar and pour the passion fruit juice to cover completely.

Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and go constantly turning for even cooking.
