Venezuelan typical drink, made with overcooked rice and milk (although you can do it with spaghetti).
It is consumed by children and adults for its rich flavor and easy preparation. Frequently sold in street sales popular form, or in novel franchises, where it is topped with cinnamon and condensed milk and crushed ice, to pamper the palate of Venezuelans.

1 cup Rice | |
9 cups Water | |
1 cup whole Milk | |
1 cup sweetened Condensed Milk | |
½ teaspoon Vanilla | |
5 tablespoons Sugar | |
A pinch Salt | |
1 Cinnamon stick |

Preparación

Wash the rice and leave to soak overnight in 2 cups of water.

Drain the rice and cook with the cinnamon stick in 7 cups of water for about 35 minutes or so.

Remove from heat and let stand.

In a blender process adding sugar, milk, salt and vanilla.

Cool well, serve with crushed ice and top with cinnamon to taste.
