This salad comes from the island of Capri, mythical place located across from Napoles, where this tasty and incomparable combination, and it’s one of the gastronomic symbols of Italy, not only for its tastiness but because Italians brag about it because of the color play: green, white and red, same colors as the Italian flag.
Made up of tomato slices, fresh mozzarella and fresh large basil leaves bathed with olive oil. You can also add ground pepper in any of its varieties or even a mix of them.

20 fresh Basil leaves | |
Extra virgin Olive Oil | |

Preparation

In a table place the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese and slice about 1 cm.

Over a salad bowl, place the slices of mozzarella and tomatoes and go alternating.

Place a basil leaf in each.

Pour a little extra virgin olive oil over the salad and add salt and pepper.
