The chicken is usually a protein with a host of recipes for its preparation, for being a very versatile and frequently consumed meat, warrants various ways to prepare to prevent its consumption from being tedious. This recipe is of subtle flavor because of the mushroom delicacy and the light flavor that brings the quality of Venezuelan beer, resulting in a few pieces of chicken in a whitish thick sauce that can be served with white rice, mashed potatoes, among other garnishes.

Ingredients

chicken 1 kg Chicken Breast
beer Third of Beer
mushrooms 30 gr clean and sliced Mushrooms
onion 1 Onion chopped
wheat-flour 2 tablespoons Wheat Flour
butter 50 gr Butter
milk-cream 1 cup Milk Cream
black-pepper Pepper
salt Salt

Utensils

Knife
Cauldron
Wooden pallet

Preparation

  1. Add salt and pepper to taste chicken breasts and cut with a knife.

  2. In a pot, pour the butter until melted and add the onion until transparent.

  3. Add the chicken fillets and saute

  4. Add the flour, stirring quickly with a wooden paddle to prevent lumping.

  5. Add beer, mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste and let simmer for 10 minutes.

  6. Add the cream and cook for a few minutes to thicken

  7. Serve hot.
