Mostly stuffed with cheese is easy to find them as outline in a lunch, or starring in a breakfast.

Ingredients

plantain 2 ripe Plantains
butter 1 tablespoon Butter
cheese 100 gr. of grated Cheese

Utensilios

Baking tray
Release paper
Cutting Board
Knife
Grater
Spoon

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C.

  2. Peel the plantains and cut in half lengthwise.

  3. In a tray covered with release paper are arranged separately the plantains or they can also be accommodated in a suitable baking dish lightly greased with oil or butter.

  4. Brush the surface of the plantains with a little butter.

  5. Top with grated cheese and bake for about 15 – 20 minutes.

  6. You will know they’re ready when caramelized slightly and the cheese is completely melted.

  7. Remove from oven and serve.
